Standard Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Important Requirements:

• Unopened products only: We cannot accept returns if the packaging has been opened
• Products must be in original, sealed packaging
• All accessories and documentation must be included
• Proof of purchase required

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Products

If you received a damaged product, we will replace it at no cost to you.

• Report within 14 days: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• We pay shipping: For damaged items, we cover all shipping costs for returns and replacements
• Photo documentation of damage may be required
