You agree to provide accurate and complete information when ordering
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

Product Information

We make every effort to display product information accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

The Phone Gesheft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Email Communications and Marketing Preferences

At checkout, “Email me deals, savings, and product updates” is selected by default. Completing a purchase with this option selected adds you to The Phone Gesheft customer mailing list unless you have previously opted out. Uncheck it before checkout to save an opt-out when you complete your purchase. You can also join through our newsletter signup and unsubscribe at any time. Marketing emails are sent only where permitted by applicable law and our email provider’s requirements. A default-selected box or purchase is not recorded as separate explicit consent where that consent is required.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, your email service’s unsubscribe option when available, or by contacting [email protected]. You do not need an account and there is no fee. Once your unsubscribe request is successfully saved, we exclude your address from future marketing sends. A message already handed to the email provider may still arrive.

We retain your opt-out preference so that a later purchase or customer-list import does not automatically subscribe you again. Marketing opt-out does not stop necessary order confirmations, shipping updates, or responses to support requests. Email preferences do not grant consent for marketing calls or text messages.

Email policy updated September 16, 2026. See our Privacy Policy for how we use personal information.
